Billing & Insurance

A new patient appointment with Dr. Allen is approximately $400-$525, not including X-rays. Payment is expected at the time of service and can be made by cash, check, or credit card (Visa / MasterCard / AMEX / Debit). Dr. Allen is an in-network provider with the following insurance companies:

  • United Health Care
  • Oxford
  • Aetna
  • Workers' Compensation

You may opt to see us out-of-network (i.e. Blue Cross, Cigna, Empire NYSGE, or Medicare) and we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with your insurance carrier.
